Using 3D laser scanning of the entire Croatian National Theatre Ivan pl. Zajc in Rijeka—both exterior and interior—along with photogrammetric surveying of the roof and inaccessible façade sections, a georeferenced 3D point cloud model and a polygonal model of the building’s outer shell were created.
The as-built documentation includes 8 floor plans, a roof plan, 11 cross-sections (as indicated in the characteristic floor plan), 4 elevations, ceiling views with architectural ornamentation, and a catalog of the interior architectural details—all prepared for the purpose of the building’s restoration.
