CREATING DIGITAL TERRAIN MODEL.
The creation of a digital terrain model (DTM) or a digital surface model (DSM) includes a detailed survey of the terrain (depending on the need and selection of the surveying method) and office data processing.
The creation of a digital relief model (DRM) includes a detailed survey of the terrain and office data processing. The purpose of the model is a precise analysis of an area in order to plan, design, calculate cubic volumes and the like.

During the construction of a building, material compensation is a key factor when creating a cost estimate.
